About Us
About Iamlansik
Iamlansik is a small online store based in Melaka, Malaysia. We sell practical beauty, wellness, pet care and home products, such as hair styling tools, massagers, LED face masks, pet grooming kits and cosy throw blankets, to customers in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
How we work
We choose products we think are useful and good value, and write our own product descriptions and guides so you know exactly what you're buying. We don't manufacture the products ourselves, and we don't hold stock in Malaysia. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners, mostly from warehouses in China, which is why delivery takes 7-20 business days to most countries. Our Shipping Policy lists delivery times by country.
Our promises
- Honest product information: no exaggerated or medical claims.
- Free shipping with tracking on every order.
- 30-day easy refunds: see our Refund Policy.
- Real support: a person answers every email within 1-2 business days.
