WHO WE ARE AND WHERE ORDERS SHIP FROM

Iamlansik is an online store run from Melaka, Malaysia. We don't hold stock in Malaysia: your order is packed and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners, mostly from warehouses in China. This is why delivery to some countries takes longer than from a local shop. Your parcel may arrive in packaging from our fulfillment partner rather than Iamlansik-branded packaging.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times are counted after processing and are estimates, not guarantees.

  • United States: 7-12 business days | FREE
  • United Kingdom: 10-20 business days | FREE
  • Australia: 10-20 business days | FREE
  • New Zealand: 10-20 business days | FREE
  • Malaysia: 3-7 business days | FREE
  • Singapore: 5-10 business days | FREE
  • Rest of world: 15-30 business days | FREE

Delivery can take longer during peak periods (such as November and December), or because of customs checks or carrier delays.

Track your parcel with the number in your shipping email at our order tracking page, 17track.net or your local postal service website.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

LOST OR LATE ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time above plus 10 business days, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.
