Refund policy
30-DAY EASY RETURNS
Not happy with your order? You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a refund, for any reason.
No need to send it back
To keep things simple, you don't need to return the item. Keep it, donate it or pass it on to a friend, and we'll refund you.
How to request a refund
- Email us at contact@iamlansik.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item you'd like refunded, and a short reason.
- We may ask for a photo of the item to help us improve our products.
We'll review your request and reply within 2 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at contact@iamlansik.com with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? Request a refund for your current item, then place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@iamlansik.com.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without giving a justification.
